I’m Kelsey Kennedy - writer, endurance athlete, and the voice behind So Much Life.

I started blogging in 2012 as a creative outlet (hi, dinosaur here), and over time it grew into a career, a business, and a body of work that reflects how I actually want to live: fully, intentionally, and without burning myself out.

Today, So Much Life is about living well...but without obsession.

I'm all about training hard (because it's fun!)

Eating normally. Like, give me a some tacos and a beer.

Chasing wildly ambitious goals. One life, you know?

I live in Austin, Texas with my husband and two sons, and I share my life through essays and blog posts about ambition, health, goal-setting, and what it really looks like to feel good in your body while still wanting more from life.

I’m also the author of Austin Food Crawls, a bestselling guidebook that helps people explore the city one bite at a time. This book is a project that reflects my belief that food, memories, and fun, all belong in the same conversation.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with both national and local brands, always choosing collaborations that feel aligned with the life I actually live.
