Easy Tiger Bakeshop is about to open a new location at The Linc, and last night I went there for a little Friends & Family preview party to check it out! It’s an awesome space, and I’m so excited for everyone to be able to check it out in the upcoming weeks!  It officially opens on Saturday, Dec 8.  

I’m especially excited for its location, which is in an area that’s pretty heavy with chain restaurants at I35 and 290. I think there are lots of folks in this area who are eager for restaurants other than Chili’s and Pappsito’s and Starbucks, and Easy Tiger is filling that need by offering homemade pastries and Cuvee coffee for breakfast in the drive-thru window, and tasty sandwiches, sausages, and craft beer in the evenings.

It’s 3X the size of the original downtown Austin location

There’s a drive-thru, which will offer coffee and pastries in the morning. They’re hoping to add  lunch/dinner sandwiches, too.

The menu features several new cocktail and food items that aren’t available at the downtown locations

There’s a corner stage for live music and DJs

In addition to the indoor area, there’s a large outdoor bar and seating area with ping-pong tables, heaters in the winter, and cooling misters in the summer
